Monday 3G 6/19/23

Wow, what a day at Cheerio! The morning started out with a lovely Morning Watch service from our Target Sports and Arts Staff before a delcious breakfast of eggs, bacon, and biscuits! The sun was shining and morning activities went great! For lunch we had chicken patties, tater tots, lemonade, and of course some brownies for dessert! Our honor cabins today were Powhatan, Cheyenne, Blackfoot, Lakota, and Catawba all with 99 points! After some time to rest in our cabins, we were out again for afternoon activties. There was come light rain, but nothing could stop our fun up at camp! Afternoon actvties prevailed as planned and there were lots of smiling campers in every directon. We had delcious taco dinner followed by our evening program- Indoor Scavenger Hunt! To close the night the Chippewa cabin presesnted a lovely Vespers service. We could not have asked for a better day!
