Hello from Cheerio! This morning we started off our day with a great morning watch teaching us to be grateful for the little things! After we ate muffins and granola, we got the news that the weather would again be in the 80’s for the day! Gar, our camp weather man, reminded everyone to wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water! Morning activities were a big hit with everyone enjoying the sun! We refueled with chicken tenders and onion rings! Honor cabins for the day were Occaneechi, Hatteras, and Yavapi! We headed back out for afternoon activities as C.R.E.W did the mud pit and took a big jump into the lake after! For dinner we had an outdoor cookout BBQ! Everyone ate and danced until it was time for our evening program… CHEERIO IDOL! Each cabin got to perform with their porchmates for our Cheerio Judges! The sunset over camp was beautiful pink and a great way to end the day!
